T-Bug instructs you to have it connect to the CCTV. The flathead will be unable to open the door. Small green hallway directly into the next vent. Simply scan the room for the vent then use the command to send the Flathead to the vent. You've gotta get the bot to the next vent. T-Bug instructs you to take the Shard from Jackie to control the bot. Jackie lets the bot go only for it to get stuck. Jackie boots up the Flathead and you need to use your scanner to find the vent. Head to the room together and T-Bug will chime in. If you choose to take a look at the bar, Jackie will go up to the room alone, frustrated he has to carry the Flathead.Īfter you've had your fun listening into conversations, take the elevator to the 42nd floor. At the bar, you have the option to look around or go up to the room. Scan in to finalize the check-in the continue following Jackie. Jackie tells a convincing story, and V plays along. Talk to the receptionist and follow T-Bug's directions - you've gotta make a distraction. Step into the scanner and follow Jackie to the check-in desk. He'll step into the scanner first, and it's your job to remind the security that you are indeed arms dealers and you've got an appointment. Jackie will grab the Flathead from the trunk. This will end right as you pull up to your destination. Navigate the conversation with Jackie as you wish until T-Bug calls. Jackie is stoked, and V…, well, not so much. Hopefully all that it offers won't come to pass. If you're ready to get started, say so, otherwise select the option to take care of whatever other business you have. If you ask, she's essentially planning to retire after this one and burn all bridges once she gets her payday. You can ask T-Bug final questions before you're done. It's going to take some time to get paid anyway.ĭex leaves with everything all set. With the Thirty Percent split, you can take Jackie's side or Dex's - Jackie will forgive you later, though. (Or Forty percent if you told Dex the truth!). After you've gone over it, you can ask Dex and T-Bug additional questions. Take the Shard and plug in for the job details. He sounds a little… suspicious if you don't tell him what happened but the conversation moves on anyway (if you tell him the truth, he'll be appreciative). If you don't say anything the first time to Dex you'll get a second chance. Here you can tell Dex about Evelyn wanting to cut him out of the deal or you can keep that information to yourself. Sit down on the lone couch, giving you a nice view of the other three.ĭex starts with a question for V: how did things go with Evelyn? Drop off the bot you retrieved in the case and you can pick up that Militech suit while you're at it. With that, a bodyguard will come to escort V and Jackie. Apparently he's been away from Afterlife for at least two years. Toast, and Jackie will do a little bit of flirting while you wait.
Fitting for a place called The Afterlife. Claire, the bartender, tells Jackie and V that their drinks are named after regulars. He'll ask for a tequila drink, but what's really important is what it's called - The Johnny Silverhand. Ask for Jackie to order, or let him just order if you don't want a drink. Head down the exterior stairs and past the bouncer with Jackie into The Afterlife night club (he's freaking out!) and take a seat at the bar. He wraps a call with his mom just in time to greet V. Jackie will be leaning in a doorway outside on the street the Afterlife club's entrance. There's a fast travel point at Afterlife if you want to get there quick. Once you've completed The Information and The Pickup, you can move onto Dex's real gig, The Heist.
